  Disgusted! Bossy young girl on reception wouldn't let my dad book my dog in on a Saturday when she was poorly because they said they were full. So I called up when I got home and without even asking for the dogs name said it was fine and to bring her in. When I got there the girl realised which dog it was and said she told my dad there were no slots available. Clearly there were no slots available for my dog only so I had a go and left. We now go to Myserscough vets where we have zero problems and they are lovely. I hope the owners read this so you can hear how she is ruining your business.
